文书思路

学生本身背景比较丰富，有多项在法院和律所的实习经历，也有亲人在法律系统工作，因此文书素材比较丰富。在选材料的时候主要挑选了和学生本人相关的、最能体现学生的学习兴趣、以及和他的未来职业目标相关的经历和案件。最终文书思路是从学生通过观看一个法制节目了解到的一个经济纠纷案件，通过探讨由于法律规定和伦理的冲突导致案件的复杂性，引出学生的一些疑问和对法律的兴趣，后面接着通过学生在本科就读期间的实习经历，介绍了另外两个案件，利用他接触的具体案件和分析，体现他在这方面的知识储备和批判性思维，以及如何在不断实习的过程中明确自己未来努力的方向，即成为一名法官。

学生虽然绩点和语言成绩都不突出，但是实习经历比较丰富，也有自己专业方面的见解，通过各个文书从不同角度进行了展示，最终获得了不错的结果。
