专业整体分析

人力资源这个专业大致分为两个方向:

人力资源管理(HumanResource Management)和国际人力资源管理(International Human ResourceManagement)。

人力资源管理专业培养具备管理、经济、法律及人力资源管理等方面的知识和能力，能在事业单位及政府部门从事人力资源管理以及教学、科研方面工作的工商管理学科专门人才。

英国大学的人力资源管理专业主要分三个方向:

Human Resource Development(HRD)

Human ResourceOrganisation(HRO)

所涉及到的课程内容主要有:人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬管理、劳动关系管理六个方面。

就业前景
